Entry: Maybe MSNBC needs to "cogitate" a little more. Wednesday, July 11, 2007

MSNBC aired Bush's welcoming speech for the new press briefing room in the West Wing of the White House.

Afterwards, former RINO Joe Scarborough and the rest of the MSNBC crew started to clown Bush for saying "cogitate", mocking him for a word that supposedly doesn't exist.

The problem is, it does:

cog·i·tate      [koj-i-teyt] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation verb, -tat·ed, -tat·ing. –verb (used without object)
1.to think hard; ponder; meditate: to cogitate about a problem.
–verb (used with object)
2.to think about; devise: to cogitate a scheme.

Sounds like MSNBC struggles with the English language a little more than the president.  This is one of those cases where the dumbest people in the room are the ones claiming to be the smartest.

This begs for a YouTube video with a transparent overlay of their yacking with the dictionary definition.

I would feature it on my blog ;->
